August meetings

In August, the IST Council met twice to advance key priorities and initiatives. The first meeting focused on reviewing the status of ongoing projects and assessing overall progress to date. The second meeting was dedicated to discussing and refining screening processes to support effective program delivery and decision making.

Council decisions

Members reviewed a recap of all decisions made from the Council with a status update.
Status: Ongoing

Revisit of what’s in flight

Members discussed the work that is currently underway and received an update on the following projects: KPIs and metrics, IST program mix planning, NSCC waitlists, and a procurement update on equipment.
Status: In progress

Screening processes (phases, milestones)

Members reviewed a detailed project plan for screening implementation that was based on feedback received in the August meetings.
