Formerly the School of Access, Education and Language, and the School of Business and Creative Industries.

The School of Access, Business, Creative Industries and Education delivers programs at campuses across the province and online. Many of our programs are designed to meet our students where they are so they can get the education they need to start their future.

We also work with community partners to develop customized offerings that meet their unique needs. For example, we’ve partnered with Mi’kmaq communities to co-develop culturally specific early childhood education programming.

Our faculty and staff are experts in their fields and experienced in supporting all learners, including adults returning to school or high school graduates entering college for the first time.

Academic upgrading and skills development
Students can earn their high school diploma, get the academic credits needed to pursue a post-secondary credential or develop life and career skills to prepare for their future. View academic updating and skills development programs

Business
We teach business skills so graduates leave ready to work in organizations of all types – including their own. Students learn the fundamentals and have opportunities to specialize in a range of areas from finance to international business. View business programs

Creative industries
Students learn the latest industry techniques and graduate with the creativity and know-how to excel in the workforce. Programming in creative industries ranges from Digital animation, to Radio Television Journalism and more. View creative industries programs

Early Childhood Education
We train people to care for and educate young children. Learn about our Early Childhood Education program

Language and cultural studies
We offer English as an additional language, American Sign Language studies and more. View language and cultural studies programs

Tourism and culinary
