Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy
Assists the NSCC Community to recognize and manage situations involving Conflicts of Interest, Conflicts of Commitment, and Institutional Conflicts.

Employee Attendance Policy
This policy identifies the College’s expectation that employees are present and productive, devoting their full time, energy and ability to their position while observing the hours and standards of operation of their profession and work area.

Employee Community Standards
The Employee Community Standards Policy (ECS) outlines the standards of conduct by which employees and any applicable College Community member must govern themselves in carrying out College business and in interacting with each other, our learners, and the communities we serve, whether on or off campus, including the online environment.

Safe Disclosure Policy
Promotes the disclosure of improper activity in order to positively impact the reputation, effectiveness, finances and working environment of NSCC.
