Open to the public, Fresh Café and Fresh Twenty One restaurant offer our students the opportunity to develop professional skills in a collaborative, practical learning environment - all while providing you with a unique dining experience.

Fresh Café
From French pastries, to decorative cakes, to chocolates, to artisanal breads, there’s plenty of opportunity to treat yourself at Fresh Café. Located inside Akerley Campus’s main entrance, our café also serves gourmet coffee and tea and offers a small seating area.
In addition to baked goods and sweets, our café stocks a selection of retail goods, ready-made meals and savoury snacks prepared by our culinary students.

Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6:30 pm

- Style: Multi-course tasting menu (5-courses)
