Land Acknowledgement

NSCC is located in Mi’kma’ki, the unceded territory and traditional homeland of the Mi’kmaq Nation. Our relationship is based on a series of peace and friendship treaties between the Mi’kmaq Nation and the Crown, dating back to 1725.

As Treaty beneficiaries, we recognize that we are all Treaty People.

Water Connects Us from eCampus wins best project award Water Connects Us, led by the Enactus team at NSCC's eCampus, has been recognized as the 2026 Ralph M. Barford Equal Access Project Accelerator Best Project. By equipping female entrepreneurs with training and support to launch their own local water centers, Water Connects Us empowers these women to run a business and increase their school attendance.
