Job Description: Harness Assembly Technician
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Production Lead
Purpose Of The Role:
The Harness Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, and documentation of electronic, cable, and wire harness assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications, IPC/WHMA-A-620, Mil-Aero Quality Standards, and production schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to accurately follow and develop assembly documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
