The HR Manager at Saltair is responsible for creating and leading a positive, people-first workplace culture that supports the growth and success of our team. This role oversees all areas of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, scheduling support, training systems, performance management, policy development, and compliance. The HR Manager helps ensure every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
