Build your portfolio to succeed in three major areas of the construction industry: building design, construction and sustainability. You learn from faculty who are industry professionals with architectural design, engineering and contracting experience.
You experience all design aspects of commercial and residential buildings, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical. You explore and consider the impact of building design and construction on the environment, while learning to prepare architectural and engineering design drawings, cost estimates, material specifications and technical reports. You also acquire important computer skills, such as computer-aided drafting (CAD) and building information modelling (BIM).
Tuition amounts are for the 2025-26 academic year. Program costs and fees (textbooks, supplies, etc.) are additional.
In addition to annual tuition, there are program costs (books, tools, etc.) and student fees for College services, health and dental plans, your student association and parking.
