Train the Trainer

Course overview

This two-day Train the Trainer workshop will prepare participants to deliver high-quality interactive skill-based training to other employees and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided. Small group activities and participant presentations will be used to review, apply, and practice the content and skills so that participants can apply them immediately The instructor and participants will provide feedback during presentations and activities to make the experience complete.
