In this course, you will identify the benefits and advantages of inclusion. Through interactive activities, you will explore your own biases, perceptions, and assumptions, with a focus on continuous development. You will develop strategies to build inclusion into your everyday work and interactions with others and document ways to adjust your own behaviours. This course builds on NSCCs Understanding Diversity and Building Bridges workshop.
A College Services Fee and Student Association Fee will apply for part-time students registered in credit courses. In some instances, offerings of the same course across multiple terms may have a differing cost.
