This month, crews began pouring the structural slab in the new building.

The 200-bed, 96,000 sq ft. student housing facility at Ivany Campus is on track to open in September 2025.

The latest process:

  • Roof work is nearing completion

  • The structural slab is being poured

  • Interior framing and drywalling is underway

  • Mechanical and electrical rough ins work continues

  • Exterior windows are now all in place with only caulking remaining

  • Masonry is in place on levels 2-5 for all elevator shafts

  • Fireproofing is nearly complete on levels 2-5.
