Overview

This program offers 2 pathways, tailored to your experience and career goals, with targeted microcredential courses to help individuals and employers upskill in solar energy. The first pathway is ideal for skilled trades professionals, such as home builders, carpenters or general contractors, with at least 3 years of work experience. The second pathway is designed for Red Seal electricians who want to expand their expertise in solar.

Participants benefit from accelerated, hands-on training through real-world solar installations. Upon completion, they earn a recognized microcredential from NSCC. The curriculum is developed with direct input from industry experts to ensure it meets employer needs. Both pathways are delivered through a combination of online and in-person learning. Registration is open now—secure your spot today.
