About the Position

GOAT Automotive is a new business with the intention of becoming the Greatest Automotive Center Of All Time (you will help us make that happen).

About the company: GOAT Automotive is an automotive service business. We specialize in fast lube/oil changes, tire changes, and other automobile repairs. We have just now acquired an existing Shop in Halifax. We intend developing a number of new Shops in Metro and beyond. We will be primarily in the Fast Lube and Tire Business and in some Shops (including the 1st one) we will offer mechanical repairs.

About the Role: As Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of customer contact. You will ensure customers receive top-notch customer service. This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience or a mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow in the fast lube and tire service industry.

We will become a GOAT by giving the Best Customer Service and Customer Experience in the industry. Our moto is Same Team (this includes customers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer questions, concerns and/or complaints on the phone or in person.
• Provide service recommendations based on specific customer need.
• Clearly communicate the maintenance needs of our customers.
• Record and update vehicle records accurately.
• Accept customer payments.
