Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Large Format Print Production Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a print shop environment, operating and maintaining various large format printers and finishing equipment. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and be committed to producing top-tier work with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operate and maintain roll-to-roll and flatbed printers (latex, solvent, UV)
  • Set up print files using RIP software; ensure correct layout, scaling, and color accuracy
  • Perform quality checks and color matching to meet client specification
  • Run CNC routers, cutters, and laminators as required
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain daily operational readiness
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Collaborate with the design and install teams to optimize production workflows
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a wide format print production environment
  • Strong knowledge of RIP software, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, mounting)
  • Excellent eye for color, detail, and print quality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CNC cutting, routing, or die-cut finishing
  • Familiarity with print shop management software (e.g., Ordant, CoreBridge)
