About the Position

As a Financial Security Advisor, you will work together with the sales managers in your area achieving your sales objectives for investments and insurance products.

As such, you will be responsible for preparing client meetings. You will ensure that you transmit and/or respond to requests for information on the financial products distributed by the Company. By the same token, you will contribute to training our clients on our investment and insurance products. Here is an overview of the responsibilities of the position:

  • Follow-up calls following sales managers' meetings with clients and various business development activities.
  • Make appointments with customers who want more information about our products or answer their questions directly.
  • Prepare illustrations or investment suggestions for our clients.
  • Participate in the organization of promotional events and ensure follow-up.
  • Help clients prepare for retirement using advanced planning tools.
  • Perform investment risk assessments and determine customer risk tolerance.
  • Recommend solutions aligned with the personal objectives of the clientele.
  • Proactively call members of group retirement savings plans, respond to those who are retiring or approaching retirement, and guide them regarding the various retirement income options.
  • Help customers to engage and create positive experiences for them in order to maintain and deepen relationships with them.
  • Foster and participate in a work environment that values people, invites creativity and celebrates learning.
  • On a daily basis, use your excellent computer knowledge and your ability to operate database systems.
  • Keep yourself up to date with industry products and changes in policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must have excellent computer knowledge and the ability to operate database systems.
  • Must have great communication and people skills.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to keep learning.
