About the Position

Reporting to the Executive and Managing Directors the Head Chef is responsible for controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative kitchen activities of the Centre’s food program.

Qualifications

  • Line Cook, Sous Chef, Head Chef or Personal Chef experience
  • Experience supervising and motivating staff/volunteers and projects
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to safely climb ladders (3-10 feet)
  • Ability to move safely over uneven terrain (we are rurally located on over 170 acres)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Google workplace knowledge
  • Skill in working independently and as collaborating with a team
