Campus Housing at Ivany Campus is currently under construction and will be opening in the fall of 2025. Applications for housing will be available in the winter of 2025 (for a September 2025 start).

Ivany Campus has a full-service café and coffee shop, however are no dining facilities (i.e., a cafeteria) located in the campus housing building.

All rates and fees will be determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. Fees and rates will be advertised when applications are available (February 2025).
