Dining
Akerley Campus has a café and bakery, full-service cafeteria and fine-dining restaurant (Fresh Twenty One). There are no dining facilities (i.e., a cafeteria) located in the campus housing building.
Students living at Akerley campus are automatically enrolled in a $500/term dining dollars program, offered through the full-service cafeteria. Additional options are offered for students wishing to participate at a greater level.

Campus housing fees and deadlines
All rates and fees are payable through your campus Business Office and are determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. The fees listed below are for one bed space. The non-refundable/non-transferrable campus housing deposit of $500 will be attributed to your fall term payment.

Note: Priority will be given to confirmed applicants and current students studying at Akerley. We will also accept campus housing applications from students studying at other metro campuses, however, these students will only receive a room offer if space is available.
