Akerley Campus student housing is a new building that opened in the fall of 2024. It’s just steps from the campus building where classrooms, labs, the gym and library are located.

Note: Priority will be given to confirmed applicants and current students studying at Akerley Campus. We will also accept campus housing applications from students studying at other metro campuses; however, these students will only receive a room offer if space is available.
Capacity and room types
Capacity: 98 student rooms
Room types: 1-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites. There is also one 3-bedroom barrier-free suite.

Dining
Akerley Campus has a full-service cafeteria and fine-dining restaurant (Fresh Twenty One) as well as a café and bakery. There are no dining facilities (i.e., a cafeteria) located in the student housing building.
Students living at Akerley Campus are automatically enrolled in a $500/term dining dollars program, offered through the full-service cafeteria. Additional options are offered for students wishing to participate at a greater level.
Costs and payment dates
All rates and fees are payable through your campus Business Office and are determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. The fees listed below are for 1-bed space. The non-refundable/non-transferrable campus housing deposit of $500 will be attributed to your fall term payment.
