Our campus housing accommodations are available for rent at reasonable rates during the academic off-season for conferences, educational or large groups.

Campus housing at Strait Area Campus provides suite-style amenities that could be useful to you depending on the reasons for your travel.
Amenities, features and services
- Capacity: 46 bedrooms available in 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom shared suite style.
- Laundry: Washers and dryers are available on the third floor.
- Complimentary Wifi.
- Shared private washrooms.
- Onsite parking.
- No food services are available on-campus.
Room types
- 1-bedroom suite with full washroom: twin-size bed (extra long); bedside table; dresser and wardrobe; desk; desk chair; comfy chair; flat-screen TV; small culinary space (top freezer refrigerator, induction stovetop, pots/pans, over-range microwave). Please note there are only two 1-bedroom suites available.
- 3-bedroom suite with two washrooms (one with shower): private bedrooms; twin-sized beds (extra long), bedside tables, dressers, and wardrobes; desks, desk chairs, comfy chairs; shared common space with flat-screen TV; shared culinary area (top freezer refrigerator, induction stovetop, pots/pans, over-range microwave).
