About the Position

You’ll be responsible for providing tremendous customer service and support via phone and email for all of our software applications. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, answer customer calls/emails, create and edit help documentation.  As a trainer, you will run sessions online and in person breaking down the steps and giving our clients the confidence to you use our software effectively. This job is a mix of work from home and office days.

Qualifications

  • Deep technical knowledge of computer programming is not necessary; however, you need to be comfortable and able to quickly learn new software and adaptable to ever changing applications.
  • You should be detail-oriented, with an analytical mind to dig in, identify, and solve issues. This means being a fantastic problem-solver with the ability to process and resolve issues quickly. 
  • We get busy and juggle a lot at one time!  Being able to multi-task and staying organized is a must for this job.  
  • You work well as part of a team but also can work independently and manage your tasks to meet deadlines.     
  • We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, so you should enjoy making complicated situations simple and painless. You will have great compassion and empathy and a drive to constantly help others.
  • You should be an amazing communicator when writing emails and help guides, and guiding people on the phone, on zoom, or in training sessions.
