General Responsibilities: - Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their goals, fitness levels, and abilities - Develop customized workout plans, monitor progress, and deliver regular feedback - Educate clients on proper exercise theory, techniques and form - Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals - Conduct initial fitness consultations for prospective clients and complete sales transactions for fitness packages and services - Manage respective client caseload and scheduling - Provide guidance to clients regarding healthy lifestyle choices.

This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer competitive compensation for trainers through an hourly wage and performance based commissions. Candidates will also be considered based on their existing experience and education in the fields of exercise science, human performance and personal training. A degree or certification in Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, Kinesiology or related field is required.
The selected candidate will have the flexibility to travel to and work at both our Bedford and Halifax locations. A fixed schedule will be discussed and set based on the business’ needs during the interview process.
