-Ensure that the tailor shop is operating efficiently and effectively
-Organizing all shop operations and employees responsibilities
-Oversees daily operations, ensures smooth workflow, and maintains high-quality standards within the shop
-Staff supervision and overseeing garment alterations and its proper completion
-Maintaining store cash handling records and opening and closing procedures
-Answering phone calls
-Greeting customers and taking their orders
-Measuring the customer and marking the garment with chalk or pins to show where to make the alterations
-Discussing with the customer what type of alterations they want, or recommending how much needs altering
-Ordering supplies as needed; inventory management
-Helping to keep the tailor shop clean, tidy, and organized
You need to have:
-Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities
-Strong time management and organizational skills

-Strong leadership
-A good eye for style and detail
-Patience and tact
You need to be able to:
- Work Saturdays and Evenings
-Prioritize your workload
