About the Position

  • Provide technical support to clients calling in with system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network problems promptly.
  • Document all support activities in our ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed until resolution.

Qualifications

NSCC Systems Management or similar. Year 1 or 2.
