About the Position

Provide technical support to clients calling in with system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network problems promptly.
Document all support activities in our ticketing system.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed until resolution.

Qualifications

NSCC Systems Management or similar. Year 1 or 2.
