We need someone to develop and manage evening dinner service. Menu development including dishes only available during that time.
Most days would start around lunch/brunch and go into the evening service.

Graduation is not required but definitely an asset.
We haven't had dinner service in a few years but we've had lots of interest in bringing it back.
Most likely, Sundays and Mondays off.
Culinary Arts education, real world experience is not required.
Passion for food and being able to work in a team and learn as well as bring knowledge to the table.
We're not a toxic kitchen; tyrannical or gruff attitudes will not be tolerated.
