360 Mobile Wash is an industry leader in the mobile wash space. We service HRM, Truro, and surrounding areas. Specializing in services such as pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, truck fleet washing, and more.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The goal for us as a company is to hire a long-term team member to manage all sales activities for the Halifax market. Promoting our services to homeowners and business owners. Our marketing and sales plan consists of some of the following methods to get in front of our potential customers. We wish to hire someone that is enthusiastic, creative, and driven to help grow our business.

• Hiring, training, and managing door-to-door salespeople.
• Scheduling jobs.
• Doing quotes over the phone and in person.
• Social media posts on local community groups.
• Collaborating with other team members to help drive sales.
• Placing signs in high-traffic areas.
• Networking with realtors, property maintenance companies, and other business professionals that may need our services.
• Creating email campaigns for potential prospects.
• Cold calling companies.
• Assisting in production planning and management.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $35,000-$55,000 a year.

Additional Bonuses

• 4% of sales closed.
• Fuel allowance.
• Yearly sales bonuses and paid trips.
• Cell phone.

Hours & Work Schedule - Starting position in March

This position is Monday-Friday.
