You will be working with our talented Head Chef Mathew Sherry who is passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team. You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste, and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen — bringing comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.
