About the Position

Are you passionate about innovative, quality cuisine and the finest seasonal produce? Interested in taking your career to the next level at a world-leading luxury hotel? Then our Number One, 4 AA rosette star restaurant would love to invite you to join us as a Chef de Partie. You will be working with our talented Head Chef Mathew Sherry who is passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team. You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste, and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen — bringing comparable experience in a luxury dining environment. Become part of our family and we'll help you develop your skills in a nurturing environment.  Working 5 days per week, dinner service only with 2 days off together.
