Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Opportunity – Paralegal (Wills & Estates) – 4-Month Placement
Location: Bridgewater, Nova Scotia
Carver Law is looking for a motivated and client-focused Paralegal Student to join our team for a four-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement in Wills & Estates law. This is more than just a placement—it’s an opportunity to learn from one of the most experienced wills and estates professionals in the region, who has more than 39 years’ experience. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications; Communicating with clients, courts, and financial institutions; Preparing estate accounting records; Learning and applying best practices in estate administration.
