NSCC’s newest location, Sydney Waterfront Campus is just months away from welcoming students through its doors for the first time. The campus, opening in Fall 2024 is making strides towards the finish line.

The latest progress:

  • Transition planning from Marconi Campus to Sydney Waterfront Campus is underway and includes equipment transfer, signage and the procurement of some new furniture, fixtures and equipment

  • Exterior siding is 98% complete

  • Interior drywall is 85% complete

  • Mechanical and electrical is 85% complete

  • Seawall construction is now finished and the boardwalk is currently being reinstated

  • An off-site parking strategy is under development. This strategy will include locations for off-site parking and shuttle bus routes.
