Take a peek at the beginning stages of what will soon be student suites in Pictou Campus' student housing.
The 24,000 sq ft. student housing facility at Pictou Campus will soon welcome 50 students through the doors in September 2024. With lots of activity happening to finalize the building, here’s a look at the latest progress happening on-site.
The latest progress:
- Appliances have arrived this month
- Deep cleaning is near competition on all levels
- Millwork on the first floor is almost finished – all other floors are complete
- T-bar ceilings are 90% complete
- Flooring installation is underway
- Final coat of painting is underway on third and fourth floors
- Elevator commissioning and fire panel testing is underway
- Exterior flatworks and landscaping to proceed as weather permits
