Take a peek at the dorm rooms that are nearly complete.

The 100-bed, 48,000 sq ft. student housing facility at Akerley Campus will open in September 2024. As construction crews continue to bring the suites and amenities together inside, here’s a look at the latest progress happening on-site.

The latest progress:

  • Akerley Campus’ housing project has reached substantial completion

  • Final inspections with regulators are nearly done

  • We are moving into the operational period to allow the building to operate without occupancy for several weeks. This is part of our LEED Certification and ensures that off-gassing of synthetic materials is complete before students move in

  • Landscaping is now complete

  • Coordinator and security offices are nearly finished and awaiting furniture.
