Closures due to Hurricane Fiona

Sep. 27, 2022 – Statement

Continuing our response to Hurricane Fiona, several campus closures and openings are in effect for Wednesday, September 28 – Monday, October 3. Please see list below.

Important:

  • If a campus is open, but you have concerns about traveling, please put your safety first and contact your instructor or supervisor as soon as you’re able
  • Check for updates on our closures page
  • Before traveling to a campus, call the campus closure line (listed below)

CLOSED: no classes, no services available

  • Classes are cancelled from Wednesday, September 28 – Monday, October 3. There is no expectation for students to attend classes
  • There is no expectation for employees to work unless deemed essential
  • Services are unavailable

We will reassess the situation at the Pictou, Cumberland, Truro and Marconi campuses, the Wagmatcook and Amherst Learning Centres and the Aviation Institute in the coming days and update our communities as soon as possible through all available channels.
