Addressing student food insecurity
Food insecurity is a rising issue across the province, adding additional stress on students, with many concerned about how they will be able to provide food for themselves and their families. Help from our donors is essential to continue providing supports for students to keep them healthy, both mentally and physically, so they can focus on succeeding in their programs.
Throughout NSCC’s 17 campuses and learning centres across the province, there are various food security programs supporting students thanks to the dedication and generosity of the College’s donors, employees and community partners.
