International tuition and fees

Amounts below are for the 2023-24 academic year.

In addition to your tuition and fees, there are other program costs such as supplies and textbooks. For estimated additional program costs, view program fees.

Non-refundable tuition deposit

Tuition deposit is paid to confirm your seat and counts toward your tuition. If your study permit is denied or your plans to attend NSCC change, the deposit will not be refunded.

Student health benefits

Fee for students who do not have a valid Nova Scotia health card. Includes Emergency Health Insurance and student health and dental benefit plan. You can add dependents to one or both plans for an additional cost.


Health and dental plan

Fee for students who have a valid Nova Scotia health card and submit proof to the Student Benefits Office. You can add dependents to your NSCC health and dental plan for an additional cost.


Virtual health care fee

This fee applies to all full-time and part-time students, unless an opt-out has been completed.
