Ratified Agreements approved
NSCC Board of Governors have approved the ratified agreements reached by College and Atlantic Academic Union (AAU) bargaining teams on behalf of Faculty and Professional Support colleagues.
On March 21, the AAU announced voter turnout was 88% with 91% of Professional Support and 86% of Faculty voting to accept.
The confirmed agreements will now be finalized for signing by both bargaining teams. After the agreements are signed, we will coordinate with the AAU on making information available.
The College is grateful for the commitment and work of the collective bargaining teams and thanks our community for their support of and respect for the collective bargaining process.
