About the Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions. This includes ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Communicate effectively with all parties to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain organized transaction files and records- Assist with scheduling appointments, inspections, and other necessary tasks
- Monitor and manage some social media elements
- Assist in the coordination and planning of client events
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

Requirements:
-Excellent written and oral communication skill
-Min 2 years administrative experience or equivalent education
-Familiar with Google Workspace
-Experience in working with CRMs
-Is proficient on a MAC and Apple products-Real Estate experience not required but knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
