This is a Young Canada Works funded position open to those under 28 years of age. The position of Groundskeeper is responsible for the daily care and maintenance of the historic Christ Church Cemetery as well as the church grounds. These duties include mowing, trimming, weeding, light repairs, and possibly painting. The candidate(s) may also be asked to assist with church related projects like Food Bank, setting up for special events, and duties as assigned by the Parish Administrator and/or Executive. This is a 35 hour a week position for 16 weeks. Christ Church was founded in 1817 and is an active Anglican Parish committed to social justice especially those facing Food Insecurities.
