Centre of Rural Aging and Health (CORAH) at NSCC

Centre of Rural Aging and Health (CORAH) at NSCC

A group of people practising low-impact exercise in an indoor setting.

Funded through the Nova Scotia Department of Seniors and Long-term Care, CORAH is a community hub and active living centre that promotes health and wellbeing for people 55 years of age plus through social, cultural, learning and recreational programs.

Whether through Tai Chi, yoga, knitting or a variety of other activities and special presentations, CORAH works to inspire and support lifelong and long-life learning. Hear from participants about what CORAH means to them and their communities.
