Attend NSCC's Open House

Held in October, Open House events are your chance to explore any NSCC campus or learning centre in a welcoming and fun atmosphere. It's a big event where doors are open, energy is high, and you can get a broad overview of everything NSCC has to offer. Drop in or sign up for a tour while you're there.

Open House is perfect if you want to:

• Get a feel for the campus environment
• Browse information booths and program displays
• Chat casually with faculty, staff, and current students
• Explore multiple programs in one visit

Take a campus tour

A campus tour gives you a more focused, personalized look at student life. These tours last about 30 minutes to an hour and are led by students or staff who can answer your questions and help you picture what it’s like to study at NSCC day-to-day.

Campus tours are ideal for those who want to:

• Learn more about NSCC programs and career pathways
• Ask general questions about admissions, supports, and student life
• Explore a campus

Test drive a program

From late October to March 1, you can dive deeper into a specific program by spending a half day or full day on campus (depending on location). This is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to show you what your future studies could really look like.

Test drives are great for those who want to:

• Explore one specific program in depth
• Ask detailed questions about workload, assignments, equipment, and expectations
• Meet faculty and current students who are part of that program
• Spend time in real classrooms, labs, shops, or studios
