Evening Cleaner

About the Position

This position is a 5 day per week (Mon-Fri), evening cleaning of two (2) Yarmouth offices.

We pay a $25.00 flat rate per location
(time requirement is 1hr - 1.5hr per location)

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sign-in/out of ClearSite App.
• Open/Lock Up building.
• Some Heavy Lifting (10-40lbs)
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual cleaning tasks
• Quarterly ATM/Vault Room Cleans (scheduled during open hours)
• Changing/taking out garbage
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Refilling of all dispensers
• Cleaning counters, windows, spot cleaning
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming moping
• Ensure cleaning supply stock is kept full & advise when running low.
• Advise the office of any necessary repairs when noticed.
• Can not enter in the evening until close.
• Cleaning not required on holidays when office is closed.
• Minor repairs (if necessary - will be discussed)

**Criminal Record Check mandatory before starting work.
