We require a Build director to work with the Shipping Receiving department and our Vendors to ensure product and associated required products arrive at site on a timely basis working with the contractor's schedule.
You will be working daily with various Contractors and trades. Positive, respectful service is of the utmost importance to us.

The ability to read home build plans.
Construction and Build Fundamentals
Fully understand the process of building a residential home start to finish - commercial knowledge is also a plus!
Multitasking and close attention to detail will be essential.
The ability to estimate quantities as required would be a huge bonus.
