About the Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fibre Optic Splicer. If you want to build a successful long-term career in an ever-changing industry with a company that champions your success, provides training and surrounds you with a team of like-minded people, then Total Install has a place for you.
The Fibre Optic Splicer will assist in the splicing and testing of fibre optic cables throughout HRM and surrounding areas.
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to work with hand and power tools
· Ability to carry heavy equipment of up to 100 lbs.
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficient in English language, second language considered an asset)
· Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
· Willingness to work overtime (with occasional weekends and holidays)
