We are looking for individuals who have experience or are interested in supporting disabled individuals/individuals with disabilities and their families to onboard our Respite Supports and Navigation Services Database as Independent Respite Providers.
The database functions as a tool to connect individuals and/or families looking for respite support to qualified providers. After onboarding onto the database as an Independent Respite Provider, you will work with the Respite Support Coordinator to find opportunities that fit your experience and availability.
Independent Respite Providers provide in-home respite care or out-of-home care, for children, youth and/or adults with autism or other disabilities, depending on the needs of the family and of the individual requiring respite. This care can include personal care (feeding, toileting, changing clothing), monitoring and/or help with learning new skills.
