Assists all customers (retail and commercial) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Greet customers, discuss and understand their parts requirements, guide them on the best options available. Warehouse work is also a large part of this position. Putting away incoming stock, inventory management, and other general warehouse duties as required.
