About the Position

Production Operators are responsible for:

Following all safety procedures and work methods while maintaining productivity and quality levels;
Actively participating as a member of a high-performance team;
Meeting all daily customer and business expectations.

Job Requirements:

Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;

Able to work in a team or autonomously (with little supervision)

Able to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be willing to work rotating shifts
Michelin production positions may require working 12 hour rotating shifts, days, nights, including weekends.
