Turner Fleischer is an adaptive and agile Toronto-based Architectural studio of approximately 240 with an office located in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Our studio celebrates our staff and gives back; we are open, honest, and continuous learners, proud of our work and clients. What are we looking for?

Some key responsibilities are:
· Preparing and/or coordinating drawings/documents primarily utilizing Revit in accordance with client specifications, budget, applicable building codes, and project timelines with the support and guidance of the Project Manager and/or Job Captain.
· Ensuring work adheres to TF drawing standards and procedures and advising the Project Manager of any quality or accuracy concerns.
· Maintaining a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws.
· Attending offsite work, including site visits, meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and municipalities as directed by the Project Manager.
· Participating in the preparation of client presentations that showcase the projects design solutions as required throughout a project’s lifecycle
Profile of the ideal candidate: You have:
· A Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture.
· Proficient experience in Revit, and Autocad.
· Good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws.
