Operate the front office - greeting customers, answering phones, managing email correspondence, scheduling bookings for services, preparing daily route sheets for drivers and dispatching calls.
Posting day to day accounting entries using Sage accounting software such as generating invoices, posting payables and receivables, providing quotes for services and maintaining up to date customer records.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment during the high season (normally April to November).
Some experience using Spreadsheets and Sage Accounting Software.
