Halifax Water is inviting applications for four (4) Records Management Summer Students. This student employment opportunity is available from approximately May to August 2023. The successful candidate’s duties include assisting General Counsel of Halifax Water with implementing the records and artefact management program, including duties such as sorting, indexing, and scanning of confidential records. As an ideal candidate, you are patient and organized and have above average computer skills. You will be required to complete repetitive tasks, within established deadlines, while producing high quality, detailed work that is error free.
This opportunity is open to students who have been in full time attendance at an educational institution in the preceding scholastic year and are enrolled in a full-time program for the coming year. Applicants must include their resume, documentation from the educational institution confirming registration and acceptance for the upcoming year. Returning students will be limited to a maximum of three (3) summers in order to allow the same opportunity to other potential candidates.
