looking to provide experience to eager hard working individuals who want to learn and like to have FUN! IM looking to take 2 students on, 1 to 2 days a week with hopes to hire someone to work on our food truck Smokinstein from May 1 to Oct 31. If a good fit and fast learner here at resto we would transition the right employees to food truck service. Must have own reliable transportation, some out of the city travel may be required from time to time but compensation will be provided for gas & travel allowances. At this time we would pay $15 hr plus tips. Most times tips exceed 3x base pay on top of wage. In addition you might be required to work onky 2 to 5 hrs. Why work long hrs? Most events/weddings are lunch and evenings,. Sometimes only a few days notice or hrs to work. Must be willing.
Some culinary knowledge and food safety. Must drive. Must be fun and work well with others. Honest, willingness to learn and work.
