Delta Hotels by Marriott Dartmouth is a full-service property located in the Burnside / City of Lakes Business Park. A corporate class hotel that provides modern design, incorporating pride of place, the amenities today's traveler requires and an ethos of exceptional guest service.

Opportunities for following positions are available in the 2023 Spring semester: Guest Service Agent, Night Auditor, Food and Beverage Server, Banquet Server, Room Attendant, Kitchen Assistant. We ask that you identify your position(s) of interest in your cover letter.

Job Duties to Include:

  • Collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Answer guest inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle guest requests and complaints according to brand standards
  • Uphold Delta / Marriott brand standards
  • Develop strong working relationship with colleagues and managers
  • Provide clear and concise communication to guests and staff

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Tourism & Hospitality program
  • 1+ year's front-line customer service experience considered an asset
  • Outstanding guest service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Positive and professional demeanor
